About Us

Universal Castles is a family run business started in 2009 with Brand New Castles and other Inflatable's, it is run by Alan Payne and is based in Wellingborough. For an honest, reliable and enjoyable service with polite and friendly staff look no further. Although only starting in 2009 we have had previous experience working with one of the largest bouncy castle hire companies in the UK. We strive to keep our customers happy so they come back to us time after time; we have been very successful in doing so already!

We are members of the BIHA and some of our castles have been PIPA tested. We are currently in the stage of getting all of our castles PIPA tested to ensure the highest amount of safety to our customers. Our castles are enjoyed by everyone that uses them (especially children), they can be used indoors and outdoors. Any event is catered for and discounts are available, either for multiple hires or 2 day hires. We deliver our bouncy castles and inflatables within Northamptonshire.
